When I joined Playbill, the branding largely relied on the logo and collages featuring show artwork. I set out to create a sleeker, more modern design system—one versatile enough to adapt across multiple seasons while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

I decided to make the logo the focal point of the collage, opting for a cleaner, more minimalist approach with simplified colors. This formed the foundation of my design.

After the initial launch, I gradually rolled out the new design across our social media channels. It proved especially effective on the Instagram Grid and Stories, leading to a 37% increase in engagement.
